Sign-In with correct log-in ID
We use your email address as your MyVisionTest log-in ID. This is the email address that you supplied to us during the registration process. If you have forgotten which email address you used when you registered with MyVisionTest, you may recover your log-in ID.
Activate your membership
After registering at MyVisionTest, you were sent an email containing an activation link. Before you can log into the site you must activate your account by clicking on the activation link. This confirms that the email address that you supplied to us is valid and belongs to you.
If your account has not been activated and you have lost the activation email message, you may register again.
Other sources of log-in failure

Delete Cookies: Occasionally, log-in problems are due to cookie errors. Try deleting your cookie files and try logging in again.

Clear your browser's cache: At times it's necessary to clear your browser's cache (aka "Temporary Internet Files").
Lost password
If you have lost your password you may use this form to have your password emailed to you.
To recover a password your membership must be activated (see above) and you must provide us with the email address that you registered with. If you do not meet these requirements you may re-register to create a new account, or contact us to have your password manually reset.
Recover Log-In ID
If you do not recall the email address that you used when you created your MyVisionTest account, you may use this form to recover it.
To recover a lost Log-In ID your membership must be activated (see above) and you must provide us with your Last Name and Password. If you do not meet these requirements you may re-register to create a new account, or contact us for assistance.
